Red Chilli Garnishing Pearls

An easy and creative way to lift the luxury and sophistication of simple foods. Made with ripe red Habanero chillies grown in Queensland, these pearls are a flavour sensation based on natural ingredients. Designed and made by Nicholson Fine Foods in Regional Australia.

They work particularly well with Japanese style food presentation as seen below

Try this dressing for oysters

1 tablespoon of Red Chilli Garnishing Pearls + 1 teaspoon of gin + 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.

Mix well and lay a third of a teaspoon over the oyster.

Enjoy!

A lovely dressing for seafood and salads is mixing some Garnishing Pearls into our Mango Finishing vinegar as shown in the image below.
