Slow simmered for hours, sticky and rich with the tangy flavours of oranges. Different seasons bring subtle changes in flavour profile, depending on which variety we use. These could include Seville, Blood Orange, Navel, Valencia, depending on the season and availability. If you need more information on what is current, please call me on 0266463191

Use it on hot buttered toast, in a sauce or as an accompaniment for duck and pork.

This range is named after my mum Emmaline or Emma as she was called by her friends. The range is based around simple heritage home cooking recipes from my family’s Tasmanian tradition of jam making and preserving. All the products are made in small batches and packed in 300ml glass jars with simple labelling.
