








Davidson Plum Conserve
Fresh ripe organic Davidson plums sourced from behind Nimbin in the Northern NSW rainforest are a local Australian native plum variety, known for their dark purple colour and very sour flavour profile.
We simmer the plums with fresh pears to add sweetness, and bottle the conserve to be used as a jam/sauce. It is ideal to accompany cheese, a sweet / sour fruit sauce for meats like duck, pork or lamb, or a spread for hot toast, croissants, scones, or fresh bread.
This range is named after my mum Emmaline or Emma as she was called by her friends. The range is based around simple heritage home cooking recipes from my family’s Tasmanian tradition of jam making and preserving. All the products are made in small batches and packed in 300ml glass jars with simple labelling.
