Dear Fresh Friday friends,

This week’s menu is based on the warm flavours and aromas of North African cooking. The dishes feature wonderful aromatic blends of nuts, dried fruits and spices, with lamb, haloumi cheese and dark chocolate.

Note: If you order all three dishes, this will become a $50 ‘Feast’.

So that’s it, now all I have to do is bring it altogether, ready for Friday.
